Com anos de experiência, ela já viu diversas tendências envolvendo sobrancelhas surgirem nas redes sociais. Nas últimas semanas, por exemplo, pipocaram tutoriais de sobrancelhas com desenhos de ondas e tranças.

Para ironizar essas modinhas que surgem na internet, Huda Kattan decidiu fazer um “protesto” e adotou um desenho chocante em um dos seus vídeos de maquiagem: sobrancelhas que imitam os arcos do McDonalds.

A brincadeira ganhou outras adeptas, que também postaram suas recriações no Instagram. O problema? Muitos internautas não entenderam que tudo não passava de uma crítica às modinhas, acreditando que as blogueiras estavam tentando fazer as “sobrancelhas McDonalds” virarem tendência. Os perfis de algumas, como Elena (do beautybyelenax) e Alisha Bhojwani, (do lishyglows), receberam algumas críticas de desavisados.
